A wine designed for everyday enjoyment with a focus to be approachable and
accessible to all palates. A small percentage of Mourvedre (8%) blended with
the Merlot brings a warmth and finishing touch to this wine. We finalise the
blend before the wine goes into old French oak barrels (3rd, 4th and 5th fills).
Our aim is to create a wine that showcases plush fresh fruit (red and purple
fruit) with a particular drinkability, supported with nuances of milk chocolate.
On the palate this wine presents a generous offering from entrance to finish:
lush and juicy entrance, supple and persistent tannin with good length. This
wine will age for 2-3 years, provided stored under optimum conditions.
